Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates. Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.
• Strict adherence to ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø safety practices and procedures
• Project planning and implementation of activities
• Procurement of labor, materials and equipment
• Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
• Meeting minutes development and updates
• Subcontractor coordination
• Estimating
• Contracts administration
• Cost control
• Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents
• Customer success and satisfaction
• Ability to react quickly to requests of customers and superintendents
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Quantity takeoff for estimating
• Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
• Experience in the construction industry preferred

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management• Experience in the construction industry preferred
